I started in UI and visual design, and while I still love and value the craft, lately I’ve been focused on shaping design vision and leading teams through undefined problem spaces (think: 0→1 work).

I care a lot about people and how they work, whether that's my team or the customers we serve. To borrow from The Legend of Zelda: "It's dangerous to go alone!". I believe by building strong relationships, trust, and shared ownership we can make great teams and great UX.
